What Does a Salesforce Administrator Do?
A Salesforce Administrator is the person who sets up the system for users. Core Administration Skills
The course begins with an Introduction to CRM and Salesforce. You will learn about cloud computing models, Salesforce editions, and how to sign up for a free Developer Edition. Module 3 covers basic navigation, records, and related lists. Module 4 dives deep into Salesforce Administration: object types, field types, relationships, and field dependencies.
Security and Access Management
One of the most critical admin skills is security. Module 6 and Module 10 cover this extensively.
